Amazon DSP software
Amazon DSP software that runs the whole station, not just one piece of it
Most Delivery Service Partners are running a multi-million dollar operation out of group chats, a whiteboard and half a dozen spreadsheets. RouteOps Pro pulls attendance, drivers, vans, routes, scorecards, coaching and cost per route into one console your dispatcher can actually work from at 5:45am.
What DSP owners actually need software for
A DSP's day is decided before the first van leaves. Who showed up, who called out, which vans are down, which routes need a rescue, and who is one more safety event away from a coaching conversation. Every one of those answers usually lives in a different place.
- Attendance and call-outs captured before dispatch, not reconstructed after
- Driver records with documents, licences and expiry dates in one profile
- Van assignments, maintenance and damage history tied to the vehicle
- Route planning and rescue coverage visible to the whole team
- Scorecard and safety data turned into coaching, not just a weekly PDF
- Hours, fuel and revenue combined into profit per route
What RouteOps Pro covers
- Daily attendance board with clock-in, call-outs and a live headcount
- Watchtower alerts that surface expiring documents, missed inspections and coverage gaps
- Driver profiles with documents, PTO, coaching history and pay rate
- Fleet and maintenance tracking, including pre-trip inspections with photos
- Routes and schedule planning with rescue and flex coverage
- Scorecard import and trends, with coaching events tied to each driver
- Profit per route from hours, fuel spend and route revenue
- Payroll hour exports, fuel logs and reporting exports as CSV
- Bulk import so you can load drivers, vans and routes without typing them in one by one
Works with the tools your station already uses
RouteOps Pro imports the exports you already pull from Amazon Flex, Amazon A to Z and Netradyne Driveri. Flex route exports become routes, A to Z time punches become shifts and payroll hours, and Driveri safety events become coaching events attached to the right driver.
Live API connections to those systems require formal partner access, which those vendors do not offer publicly today. Until that exists, the file-based sync keeps the data flowing without anyone re-keying it.
Built for a phone as well as a desk
Dispatchers work on a laptop; drivers work on a phone. My Day gives a driver their route, their van, their clock-in and their pre-trip inspection with photo capture, so the paperwork happens in the yard instead of at the end of the day.
See it with your own station
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial of everything, and you can load demo data to look around first.
